This Primary Food experience invites you to walk in sacred rhythm, guided by gentle drumming and the heartbeat of the land. As we move through the ranch, each step becomes a prayer, each beat a call to presence. The horses among us as co-facilitators — attuned, grounded, and wise. We’ll pause for breathwork, reflection, and intuitive connection, allowing the rhythm to nourish what words cannot. This offering honors nourishment beyond the plate: the kind we receive from nature, movement, community, and spirit.
